History
Since 1988, AICO is a pioneering specialized company:
- in the provision of energy saving solutions, in the hotel and industrial field with projects such as: industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, geothermal systems, solar heating systems, cogeneration systems, energy recovery, heat pumps, photovoltaics & “Net metering”, water treatment & water management systems, automated control systems.
- in the design and construction of composite and metallic buildings, with an emphasis on food industries
- in the construction and renovation of buildings and professional spaces with know-how from a variety of studies and instalations such as: bank stores, supermarket chains, office buildings, residences, etc.AICO has established a quality management system that is in conformance with the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001: 2008, and has a field of activity that includes the design, study and construction of environmentally friendly installations.

Ecoenergia is founded as one of the first companies in Greece to study and construct photovoltaic projects. Later, it will become ABB's official partner for photovoltaic inverters by providing technical support to ABB customers across Northern Greece .
